3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Photo Content & Licensing
4.1 Photographer Content
Photographers uploading content retain all ownership rights to their photographs. By uploading, photographers grant SnapTank.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:
- •Host, store, and display photos on our platform
- •Process photos through our facial recognition AI
- •Distribute photos to matched attendees
- •Create thumbnails and previews
4.2 Attendee Photos
Photos delivered to attendees are subject to the licensing terms set by the photographer/event organizer. Personal use is typically permitted; commercial use may require additional permissions.
4.3 Prohibited Content
You may not upload content that is:
- •Illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
- •Infringes on intellectual property rights
- •Contains explicit, offensive, or inappropriate material
- •Violates the privacy rights of individuals
5. Facial Recognition Consent
Important: By using our Service and uploading a selfie or photo for matching purposes, you explicitly consent to our use of facial recognition technology to identify you in event photographs. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us or deleting your account.
