Special Rights for Facial Recognition Data
Snaptank.ai processes facial recognition data (biometric data), which is considered special category/sensitive data. You have additional protections:
- •Explicit Consent: We only process your facial data with your explicit consent
- •Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw consent at any time, and we will delete your facial recognition data
- •Automatic Deletion: Facial recognition data is automatically deleted within 30 days after photo matching is complete
- •No Third-Party Sharing: We never share your biometric data with third parties
